As rain was forecasted

The field we are working on this time is the so-called seedling tea garden that has not been grown until it can be harvested.
There are some seedlings that do not settle well on the ground, and wither until they can be harvested.

It is called “supplementary planting” to take out the dead seedlings and plant new seedlings.
We think that it is good before rain because we must fix root to the ground with plenty of water after planting.
As it was forecasted that it was raining, it was a task of changing work arrangements.
