Before it rains

I perform application of the second spring manure in a tea plantation.
 

 
The manure dissolves by water and disintegrates in the soil, and nourishment is absorbed to a tea tree.
If proper time of the fertilization comes, it becomes the theory to fertilize on the rainy day before.
